Welcome to the Citizens' Housing Commission Online Open House & Survey!
The City Council created a commission of local residents to advise on policy options to expand the range of housing available in Edmonds. Over the last year, the Citizens’ Housing Commission (Commission) has been meeting to learn about housing-related issues and policies, prioritize housing policy subjects, and work in committees to develop policy ideas.
Now – the Commission wants to share these ideas with you! Earlier this summer we shared the Commission’s first set of policy ideas, and now, we are asking for your feedback on the Commission’s second set of ideas. These ideas are just that, ideas, but your input will help the Commission decide which ideas to refine or move forward into draft policy proposals.
This online open house and accompanying survey will share the 10 new policy ideas drafted by the Commission. It takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Due to unprecedented mailing delays, we extended the deadline to Friday, October 23, 2020.
